An auto mechanic received a repair order that said to check for a clunking noise when going around corners.
He took the car out for a test drive and made two right turns, each time hearing a loud clunk.

Back at the shop, he returned the car to the service manager with this note: "Removed bowling ball from trunk."

Do you know the difference between education and experience?

Education is when you read the fine print; experience is what you get when you don't.

The Teacher was trying to get the class to understand how the Indians must have felt when they first encountered the Spanish explorers.

"How would you feel," she asked, "If someone showed up on your doorstep looking very different, spoke a strange language and wore unusual clothes?

Would'nt you be a bit scared?"

"Nah" one boy answered, "I'd just figure it was my sisters date."
